The Rules of Frijoles

All operational rules are fundamentally documented.
By ensuring everyone understands and respects these rules, we strive to achieve an orderly and efficient workplace environment where all members can work comfortably and efficiently.

Career Advancement System and Education System

At Frijoles, we provide a “Guide” that clearly documents rules, knowledge, skills, and responsibilities so all partners can learn their roles using the same standards. This serves as a textbook for learning the job.

Frijoles has an 8-tier title system from new hire to store manager, with titles and pay linked.
The knowledge, skills, and responsibilities required for each title are clearly documented in the guide.
When promoting to the next title, a checklist verifies mastery of the guide's requirements, creating a fair and transparent evaluation system.
Training at our locations follows these “guides” and “checklists,” allowing even those without food service experience to confidently acquire customer service and cooking skills.
Furthermore, the roles of Leader, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager are clearly summarized in the guides, creating an environment where even those without experience can easily challenge themselves to advance their careers.
In fact, many staff members have grown from having no experience to successfully hold Leader or Store Manager positions.

  • Monthly salary: 250,000 yen and up (including fixed overtime pay)
  • 9:00-21:30 (shift system)

Part-time job

  • Hourly wage: 1,250 yen and up
  • 9:00-21:30 (shift system)
    3 days a week or more, 4 hours a day or more (minimum 50 hours per month)
  • Social insurance coverage for 130 hours or more
